The lodging rate at this hotel is $169 for King or Queen Rooms. Overnight self-parking is $5.

Rooms come with internet, refrigerators, microwaves, and free breakfast. The hotel offers a fitness center, a 24/7 front desk, and a restaurant for lunch and dinner: Bistro in the Park.

They also offer a complimentary airport shuttle from RDU for those that are flying into the city rather than driving.

General Information

All of the rooms used for our convention will be on the bottom floor of the Embassy Suites hotel. You will not have to travel between the hotel and convention center like we have done in previous years (i.e. Knoxville, 2023)

The hotel is located in Cary, North Carolina. In its shopping center, you can find quick eats like:​

  • Meeples Brew Coffee Shop

  • Dames Chicken and Waffles

  • The Original NY Pizza

  • YumYumThai 

  • Lucky Chicken 

  • McDonalds

  • Chick-Fil-A

  • Wendys

  • Subway

  • Tropical Smoothie Cafe

If you're looking to adventure out, towns like Chapel Hill, Durham, and Raleigh are about a 20 minute drive each from the hotel. Closer is the Crabtree Shopping Mall which is a 10 minute drive away, and the Park West Village Shopping Mall which is a 9 minute drive away.
